Gîte Management
It's all about happy guests and positive reviews.
Your guests expect a clean, well-equipped and fully working holiday cottage. I will arrange housekeepers, poolman, gardeners, welcome baskets, a supply of logs or charcoal, dog bowls, or other special requests which can all be arranged prior to your guests' arrival.
I welcome your guests upon check-in at your property to handover keys, explain house rules and instructions, and collect security deposits if required.
During your guests' stay I will be the point of contact in case any issues arise so they can be solved quickly and satisfactory.

Do you work for your holiday home or does it work for you?
The challenge is to get enough bookings, all year around. I can help you with: managing your property listings on multiple international websites, managing reservations, updating availability and answering any property enquiries.
To make sure your property stands out I advise on having an attractive presentation and the right pricing. Appealing photographs & descriptions, clear instructions & directions, seasonal pricing & flexibility are all key to making your holiday home into a popular one with guests.

Property Management
The Fairy looks after your house, so you don’t have to.
While you are away or reside in another country, I will look after your holiday home or gîte.
Services include: key holding, weekly or monthly property visits, forwarding post and dealing with any maintenance queries.
Furthermore should any work need to be done, I can liaise with artisans, plumbers and electricians for you and check afterwards if the works have taken place to a satisfactory level.
Monthly set fees are available.
